Our Health Coach guides our clients in making positive decisions in dietary choices on a daily basis It is part of our mission to encourage a long-term mind-set of healthy living. When people make a concerted effort to eat well, that effort is often enhanced by a greater desire to avoid anything that could be construed as unhealthy including addictive behaviour.
